Lissa H. Parker, PhD, is an assistant professor with the California School of Forensic Studies at Alliant International University, where she also serves as Program Director for the Master of Science in Forensic Behavioral Science program and the Master of Science in Forensic Administration and Leadership program.

She, along with Dr. Diana Concannon, heads the Targeted Attacks Research Project through Alliant International University’s Violence & Safety Institute.

Dr. Parker holds certificates, serves as a subject matter expert, and consults with law enforcement in numerous areas related to violence and its investigation and prevention, with an emphasis on intimate partner violence, threat assessment and management, investigative and criminal psychology, workplace and school violence, and program development and evaluation.
